I'm running snv_126 on an AMD box. I notice that initially rhythmbox plays an audio CD quite nicely, but if I leave it paused for a couple of days, the sound is fuzzy when I start it up again. Sometimes just exiting rythmbox and restarting it fixes the sound. Sometimes I also have to eject the CD and re-insert it. In that case, the next instance of rythmbox freezes and I have to kill it. The second one, started from the icon menu, never appears. However, the third one appears and plays the CD with clean audio again.
