Note that Sun does not support Fluendo's codecs.  Fluendo has a public
bug tracking system here:

   https://core.fluendo.com/gstreamer/trac/

So, the best thing you can do to get issues fixed with the Fluendo 
codecs would be to file a bug.  They tend to be responsive about
addressing bugs.
