Yes, that's what the login screen in builds 130 & 131 looks like.
The gdm program that presents the login screen was upgraded to a
new version in build 130 that uses a different format for defining
themes and the new theme definition for it wasn't ready until 132,
so it fell back to the generic upstream look-and-feel.
