Thanks for your bug report that helps make Ubuntu better! Can you trigger the problem in a reproducible manner on your system? How do you recover your system? Do you need to restart to get your displays back?
If you can reproduce the issue, can you please provide the system logs? There are a couple of methods to grab them but I'd recommend opening a terminal and watching the logs when you trigger the failure, then paste them here: In a terminal, start watching logs $ sudo journalctl -f Trigger the failure and copy/paste the logs here or in a text file and upload it to this bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1909012 Title: my display are disappeared with I used libreoffice or other software Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I was using libreoffice writer while, pasting an image and printing it, the screen went black while I was moving the mouse, the menu of favorite programs remains clearly visible on the sides of the screen and at the top the bar with the clock in the center and on the right side the internet connection, audio volume and shutdown lights.
