find ./Yaru* ! -empty -type f -exec md5sum {} + | sort | uniq -w32 -dD | grep

You could just use a script to relative symlink all of these but the
symlinks in Yaru have to be generated. It doesn't look like any of the
symlink lists have paths outside of current directory.
