Please verify that the bug occurs in a vanilla Ubuntu session with only the Ubuntu Dock, Desktop Icons NG, and AppIndicator extensions.
Since it is overwhelmingly likely this is caused by one of the unsupported extensions you have enabled I'm going to preemptively mark this as invalid for Ubuntu. You should find out which extension(s) are causing it and then report the bug to the extension authors: ['docker_status@gpouilloux', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'datetime-format@Daniel- Khodabakhsh.github.com', 'nvidiautil@ethanwharris', 'indicator- [email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'TaskBar@zpydr', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'applications-overview-tooltip@RaphaelRochet', 'clock- [email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'horizontal- [email protected]', 'ubuntu- [email protected]', '[email protected]', 'panel- [email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'compiz-alike-windows- [email protected]', '[email protected]', 'aws- [email protected]', 'panel-date- [email protected]', '[email protected]', 'compiz-alike- [email protected]', 'compiz-windows- [email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'notification-banner- [email protected]', 'sound-output-device- [email protected]', '[email protected]', 'screenshot-window-si...@gnome-shell-extensions.gcampax.github.com', 'quick-settings-avatar@d-go', 'native-window-placement@gnome-shell- extensions.gcampax.github.com', '[email protected]', 'InternetSpeedMonitor@Rishu', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'quick-settings-tweaks@qwreey', 'gnome-extension- [email protected]', '[email protected]', 'places- [email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', 'timepp@zagortenay333', 'apps-menu@gnome-shell- extensions.gcampax.github.com', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]'] ** Changed in: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2019761 Title: Extensions not active after screen lock Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: When I lock the Ubuntu session and return to it later, the extensions that are installed on my computer are not active even though they appear enabled on the extensions settings.
