Bug description:
The current system settings icon order is alphabetical.
Problem 1:
Not the most important items are displayed at first in every row. For example
in the 'Hardware' category (English version), 'Bluetooth' is the first item,
but it should be IMHO 'Diesplays'.
Problem 2:
Sorting the icons alphabetical results in having the icons on different
places depending on the language the system currently uses -> pretty bad when
supporting other people through the phone...
It would be much better to give the icons a fixed position. This would
improve the system settings user experience, because the important
buttons would be faster accessible.
