[Rationale] - The package gnome-snapshot is required in Ubuntu main to replace cheese (which is unmaintained) as our default camera application. Cheese will go to universe as part of the transition. - The package gnome-snapshot is required in Ubuntu main no later than February 29th due to the Noble feature freeze.
