OS: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-169-generic x86_64) Package: gnome-shell 3.36.9 I am getting similar issue, but on a different callback as per below:
gnome-shell[1742]: Attempting to call back into JSAPI during the sweeping phase of GC. This is most likely caused by not destroying a Clutter actor or Gtk+ widget with ::destroy signals connected, but can also be caused by using the destroy(), dispose(), or remove() vfuncs. Because it would crash the application, it has been blocked and the JS callback not invoked. gnome-shell[1742]: The offending signal was user-changed on ActUserManager 0x5611315f9eb0. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gjs in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1908429 Title: gnome-shell fills syslog: Attempting to run a JS callback during garbage collection.
