Can't load some pages with chromium (steam, ebay, snyk.io)

Bug description:
When loading some sites in chromium or chrome the connection is
refused. This happens for ebay.com, app.snyk.io and and steam
(steampowered.com, or their forums). Firefox seems to work, and
coworkers on Windows/Mac seem to be fine. This does not happen on my
Manjaro install (running version Chromium 128.0.6613.119 Arch Linux )
which seems to be working fine. When chromium is run from the
console, I get the following output when one of the offending pages is
loaded:
