Hello Leo, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-bluetooth3 into oracular-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- bluetooth3/47.0-1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
