After last update (2024/12/02) on Ubuntu 24.04.1 and reboot, cups-
browsed takes 2 CPU threads for nothing (no print queue) until shutdown
with `systemctl stop cups-browsed`. Cups-browsed package version is
`2.0.0-0ubuntu10.2`
