I'm not sure how relevant the change in resolution is because the
attached ShellJournal.txt seems to be full of bug 1968040. Please try
the workaround for that; add MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple to
/etc/environment and then reboot.

Changing resolution lead to black screen

Bug description:
I own a Lenovo y50-70 (with 4k monitor) with ubuntu 20.04. I usually
use a resolution of 1920x1080. After an upgrade from ubuntu 20.04 to
22.04 my screen goes to 4k automatically and when i try to change it
back to 1080p it turn to black.
