I'm marking this as High because while it doesn't alter the function of
USC, it's a high-visibility problem with the #1 user task.

Title:
[GTK3] Clicking "Install" jumbles up the software description for 25
  seconds

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  software-center-gtk3 trunk r2155, Ubuntu Ocelot

  1. Go to the screen for something you don't have installed.
  2. Click "Install".
  3. Wait 25 seconds.

  What happens:
  2. The software description becomes much narrower, and some of the text
overlaps itself.
  3. After 25 seconds, the description returns to normal.

The description also returns to its usual width if you:
  * click "Cancel" in the authentication alert, or
  * choose "Not Now" in the "Add to Launcher?" panel.

The problem still occurs even if your authentication is cached, and it
does not occur when removing software. So I think it is something to
do with the "Add to Launcher?" panel.
