** Changed in: evolution (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Expired -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/664449 Title: Tasks component of evolution not accessible in maverick UNE Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu: Expired Bug description: Binary package hint: evolution I am using Ubuntu UNE (with unity). In Evolution, the component switch buttons have been removed. Instead, there are two separate application entries for calendar and e-mail. The mail component has a button to launch the contacts component. But there is no way to launch the tasks or notes components (at least none I found, besides using the command line). For the notes component, this might be less crucial, because Tomboy is the primary note taking application in Ubuntu. But for the tasks component, this is quite severe. So in my opinion, there should either be a separate applications entry for the tasks component, or a button in the calendar component.
