** Changed in: gnome-screensaver (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Expired -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-screensaver in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/703187 Title: Screensaver password uses non-standard keyboard layout Status in “gnome-screensaver” package in Ubuntu: Expired Bug description: To reproduce: Start up some application. In it change the keyboard layout from your default to something else installed on the system. Wait for screen saver. Move the mouse. What i expect to happen: The password dialog should open in the default keyboard layout and not effect anything else. What happens instead: The password dialog uses the layout of the application which is running. Changing the keyboard layout to enter the password, changes it for that application after the password is entered correctly.
