I didn't do anything deliberate to change the border colours. I just tried to recreate the problem by generating the file from scratch and I wasn't able to. Dave Gilbert's solution will repair the file so that it will print (or at least preview) properly. It doesn't get rid of the different coloured grid lines, though.
