Hi papukaija. It is already possible to enable/disable hibernation by
manually editing a configuration file. This bug is about giving the
possibility of toggling the hibernation through a graphical tool, and
the "Power" tab of the system settings is probably the best place where
this option should be put. For this reason the package that should be
patched is gnome-control-center.
