Bug description:
  trouble connecting to the internet using an already established blue
  tooth DUN profile. On deleting the DUN device using the blue tooth
  setting tool and right before adding (re-creating in my case) a DUN
  device; the blue tooth settings tool exited without me closing it
  which then brought up the bug/crash I am writing about.
