Both APNs are now available in the package in Precise, so I'm closing
this bug as Fix Released.

Bug description:
  I am a newbie and I have installed Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty)

  When setting up Mobile Broadband using Virgin Mobile in Australia I
  had trouble establishing a connection.  On further investigation I
  found that the APN setting is incorrect.  Please change the APN
  setting from VirginInternet to VirginBroadband.
