Bug description:
The "Keep in Launcher" quicklist option should change from a two
state toggle to a checkbox option.
Currently, the two states of this option are:
- [no tick] Keep in launcher
- [tick] Keep in launcher
This bug is a request to change these two states to:
- Lock to launcher
- Unlock from launcher
