Title:
Ugly corners on small launcher icons

Status in Unity:
  Triaged
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
I've used compiz to decrease the size of my launcher icons, but if I'm
using smaller size, below 38px, the rounded corners gets really ugly
and in some sizes the upper left corner isn't rounded at all. Unity
should be able to render them better.

I've attached a screenshot showing the issue with different sizes and
38px which looks good. It seems to be worst in uneven sizes.

This affects both Unity 4.0 and the Unity 5.0 staging ppa.
