  Highlight effect in Scale

Bug description:
   Currently the Scale plugin doesn't indicate which window is selected
  (selection is changed via mouseover and arrow movement) . A
  "highlight" effect can be easily acomplished by changing the "opacity"
  to 90 . I still don't know how to branch stuff ,so if someone would
  take 5 mins to change that option (or teach me , but i guess that
  would take longer ;) )  :?
