Title:
Keyboard combos in menus don't look very keyboardy

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: light-themes

In Light theme menus, the only difference in appearance between a
keyboard combo and the rest of a menu item is that the keyboard combo
  is less saturated.

It's possible that a keyboard combo could be more obvious, more
understandable, and less distracting, if it is presented as something
  that looks more like keys.

For example, the "Ctrl++" keyboard combo for zooming in on something
could be presented as [Ctrl‬] [+].
