Public bug reported: Hello I just did a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 and It has pre- installed Empathy 3.4.1 but I have an issue :
I can't see my contact's avatars while i am using windows live protocol. On Ubuntu 11.04 I was able to see my contact's pictures. I think Empathy's version was 3.2 (I am not sure) What can I do to fix this issue ? Empathy 3.4.1 is stable or beta version ? ps : I attach a debug file and apport infos ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: empathy 3.4.1-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-24.37-generic-pae 3.2.14 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-24-generic-pae i686 NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx ApportVersion: 2.0.1-0ubuntu7 Architecture: i386 Date: Sun Apr 29 10:49:55 2012 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/empathy InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Release i386 (20120423) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: empathy UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) XsessionErrors: (compiz:1720): GConf-CRITICAL **: gconf_client_add_dir: assertion `gconf_valid_key (dirname, NULL)' failed (gnome-settings-daemon:1704): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_window_thaw_toplevel_updates_libgtk_only: assertion `window->update_and_descendants_freeze_count > 0' failed (empathy:2446): folks-WARNING **: Failed to reach quiescence normally (0 backends and 1 persona stores still haven't reached quiescence).
