  Custom Shortcuts with Super Key do not work

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I created shortcuts including the Super key like Super+C for gcalctool. Now 
my Custom Shortcuts do not work since the upgrade to Precise.
  In the keyboard layout view i can see the Super key blink when i press it. 
  I'm using the classic mode gnome-session-fallback.
