  Abnormal HD activities when modifying keyboard sensitivities

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  To reproduce the bug : 
  1- open gnome-control-center 
  2- go to the keyboard section
  3- Try to change one of the parameter. 
  You will ear that something is written on the HD as long as you move the 
cursor.

  The same bug can be found in the mouse section of gnome-control-center
  but not in the sound section.
