You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Using 0.3.0 or 0.3.1, on Lubuntu Oneiric.
Options using GtkRange are broken on Oneiric. They are set to 0 and can't be 
changed.
I don't reproduce it on Natty, maybe it's relative to a GTK change ?

Error when running on a terminal :
