Title:
Brasero failed to burn CD after asking to eject.
Status in “brasero” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Summary:
I tried to burn a CD image (a Linux ISO) using Brasero. After getting
to 39%, it asked me to eject the disk. After ejecting, it gave an
error and I had to close. This ruined the CD as it was not completed.
Reproduce:
1) Start Brasero
2) Select "Burn Image"
3) Set write speed to 4x in Properties
4) Select an ISO (I used a GNOME demonstration iso)
5) Start the burn and grab a coffee.
6) Eventually asks you to eject the disc, where it will then exit with an
error.
Brasero Log attached.
