Marking as confirmed as multiple people have mentioned they've seen it
in the bug report. I've also confirmed it with Ken. I'm currently
using the version in Precise which is 3.4.1.

Bug description:
It seems that Gwibber has a very long refresh on it's avatar cache.
For instance, I have a friend who got divorced about 4 weeks ago and
her avatar is still with her husband... it seems like more than a few
days is too much.
