Title:
I can not turn bluetooth off from the applet anymore

Status in Ubuntu network, Bluetooth, keyboard menus:
  Expired
Status in “gnome-bluetooth” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

The applet lost, in Maverick, the option to turn bluetooth off.

I need it to stop it using battery (but also want to keep wifi
working, so don't want to turn off all the networks).

Note that Lucid *had* the option, and in Maverick is not longer there.
