  Precise Desktop 20120327.1

  TEST CASE:
  1. Install Precise, and power the system off
  2. unplug the cable
  3. Boot and login
  4. Plug the cable

  EXPECTED RESULT 
  Cable is detected and link comes up

  ACTUAL RESULT
  Cable is not detected. Disable/Enable networking works around this issue
