Title:
right click on file name in nautilus brings up wrong menu

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When i right click on a file name in nautilus, the context menu
containing e.g. "rename" should pop up.

However, "sometimes" (and more often in the "lower part" of the file
list) the right click un-selects the file (or doesn't select it in
case it's not yet selected) and the "Create new folder" context menu
  appears.

  I run an upgraded 64bit ubuntu (from 11.10) on a 64bit machine.

  Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
