  Unplugging power opens "Battery Discharging" alert box

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

  Problem occurs in: Ubuntu Natty, all updates installed
  Does not occur in: Ubuntu 10.10

  1. Unplug the power cable.

  What happens: An alert box appears, "Battery Discharging" - "Laptop
  battery discharging (100%)".

  What should happen: That message appears in a notification bubble,
  like it did in Ubuntu 10.10.
