Public bug reported:

Current Behaviour:
When I start LO, it opens its window always on the first monitor even if my
mouse is on the second monitor right from the first. The window's position is
as right as possible.

Expected Behaviour:
LO should use the system defaults and open the window in that monitor I have
the mouse in.
(If the current behaviour is intended, I'd like to have a settings checkbox to
deactivate this)

** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
