Title:
Network-manager not using correct APN for new USA AT&T 3g mobile
  broadband connection

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
In Natty, create a new 3G connection, choosing US and AT&T, data plan.
The connection is created with an APN of "Broadband" instead of the
correct "ISP.CINGULAR". The connection will not work until the APN is
  changed manually.

This is a regression. It worked perfectly in Maverick and earlier
versions. The version of network-manager currently installed is
  0.8.4-git
