Title:
3G connection is established, but no data is transferred

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

The connection is established properly and signal is strong, yet I
cannot access any website or other network service. Using Huawei 160G
on 3 Mobile Broadband (UK). Worked like a charm in Jaunty, so it looks
  like a regression.
