Title: Shuffle doesn't always work Status in GNOME Games: Expired Status in “gnome-games” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: gnome-games If you reach a point in the game when you have to shuffle the tiles in order to continue, and after the shuffle the game is still in an unsolvable state, you aren't prompted to shuffle again. Even if you undo the move and redo it an unlimited number of times, it appears that the shuffle is using a static psuedo random number that is salted with the same value, so the only solution is to restart. Technically a very minor and rare bug, but still a bug ;) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: gnome-mahjongg 1:2.32.0-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-22.35-generic 2.6.35.4 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-22-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: amd64 CheckboxSubmission: c3db184c2753f743b7cb62d6a698ae29 CheckboxSystem: da9af3b901b5569a389df6337f3d812f Date: Thu Oct 28 16:27:53 2010 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" - Release amd64 (20091027) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gnome-games To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-games/+bug/668035/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
