Title:
  If Wi-Fi is switched off with keypress, NM can't be used to switch it
  back on because menu item is greyed out

  I have a Asus UX31. When I press the key to turn off the wireless card
  and then activate it again NetworkManager doesn't show the wireless
  networks.  The item is faded out.
