Title:
Right most menus are not displayed (overlap systray so are hidden) but
clicking on left most systray elements triggers application menu

Bug description:
Opening an application that has sufficient menus to overlap the systray (e.g.
CodeBlocks on a display of 1024 pixels wide) results in the right most
application menus being hidden by the left most systray elements. Clicking on
the left most systray elements actually triggers the (hidden) right most
application menus. This behaviour is wrong on two counts:
  1. The displayed element should be the one that reacts to clicks.
  2. Hidden / overlapped menus should be made available via other method, e.g.
pull-down list at end of visible menu area.
