Public bug reported: 12.10: Jockey-gtk (additional drivers) shows itself as not being installed in my system, yet when I go to install it, it says I need to install it, so I do, yet when I go to open it, it says that jockey-gtk is not installed. I am able to install jockey-kde and run this instead.
Am happy to provide vnc access if someone wants to look themselves at the bug. philip@test-me:~$ sudo apt-get install jockey-gtk Reading package lists...
