when clicking to go to another screen screen goes blank and browser
continues to go around but never goes to next screen

Bug description:
I was in Hotmail and wanted to reply to an email and whe I clicked on
the reply button the little round icon was spinning but the screen was
blane and the little round (browser?) kept going around but it never
went to reply screen.please help.
