Title:
dragging a .iso onto a blank CD should suggest burning the iso
  directly to the disk

Status in nautilus-cd-burner:
  Incomplete
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

Dragging an image onto a disk almost always means that the user wants
to burn the image to the disk, rather than creating a filesystem with
the .iso as a single file. nautilus should detect this case and offer
to burn the .iso directly to the disk, and explain what the difference
is. ("If you are unsure, you probably want to say yes." or similar)
