The problem is solved in the master branch on gnome repository[1]. This bug is solved along with gnome bugzilla bug[2]. The fix [3] will be part of next major release of gcalctool.

The charakter above is "Omega", but it is the same with other special characters, for example "no-break space". All characters after the special charakter are ignored.
