Bug description:
  I suddenly get the message

  "You need to setup an account to see contacts here."

  although I have several accounts, two of them are still visible in the
  gnome online account settings, but the empathy account manager only
  presents me an error message.

  Error message:

  Error contacting the Account Manager

  There was an error while trying to connect to the Telepathy Account Manager.
  The error was:

  Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote
  application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy
  blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network
