Bug description:
In the new GLES code, the opengl plugin has a new option
"framebuffer_object" which is enabled by default. It is optional and
rendering works perfectly with or without it.
However with unityshell loaded, it is no longer optional. Disabling
framebuffer_object makes the Unity shell (launcher / panel) invisible.
