The two options given are "Ok" and "Cancel". If you press "Ok", it overwrites the file. If you press "Cancel", it prompts you for a different name. Very Microsoftish. The options should be changed to "Overwrite" and "Rename" (and maybe include a third button for "Cancel" as well).
