Ubuntu12.04.1

1) Shutdown the PC
2) reboot the PC, start the Ubuntu session

Expected result: Wi-Fi networks are detected in the Network applet

Observed result: no networks appear in the Network applet. Disabling and
enabling wireless fixes it.

May be linked to Bug #1051084
