You ran the program with WINE by mistake. This is a WINE bug, but you
shouldn't be affected at all. Run the program with the 'mono' command.

  Running a .NET 4.0 application, I get the message:

  fixme:mscoree:parse_supported_runtime
  sku=L".NETFramework,Version=v4.0" not implemented

  followed by

  fixme:mscoree:CLRMetaHost_GetRuntime Unrecognized version L"v4.0"
  wine: Install Mono 2.8 or greater for Windows to run .NET 4.0 applications.
