Go to "Network settings" and put a proxy manual.

Go to "Network settings" and select "None

Check the env variables, the proxy continues setted:

$ env | grep proxy
http_proxy=http://proxyxxx:3128/
ftp_proxy=ftp://proxyxxx:3128/
socks_proxy=socks://proxyxxx:3128/
https_proxy=https://proxyxxx:3128/
